Enrollment in the M.S.Ed. program in Recreation Education has been relatively low, ranging from 1 to 13 students over the past ten years. In particular, enrollment for the last three years has significantly declined (2015=12 students, 2016=4, 2017=2, and 2018=1). As a result, the Recreation, Parks and Leisure Studies Department has been asked by college administration to deactivate the program for a three-year period to reassess its need or to restructure it.
