Complete review by all faculty of all graduate course offerings, and a thorough catalog review of prerequisite courses for each offering in the graduate program, highlighted the misalignment between foundational knowledge required for each course and the associated prerequisite requirements. This proposed change came from that review and is fully supported by faculty.

This course develops competencies in assessment and intervention of culturally and linguistically diverse children and offers a more general overview of adults. Open to students in the M.S. program in communication sciences and disorders.
Prerequisite: Minimum grade C- in SHH 641; Minimum grade C- in SHH 677
